Convention Signature Ceremony

On the evening of 11 June 2025, having accompanied Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference in Nice, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a discussion with Her Excellency Louise MUSHIKIWABO, Secretary-General of the International Organization of Francophonie (OIF) in Paris, France.
During the Meeting, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and
Her Excellency Secretary-General signed the Convention between the Royal
Government of Cambodian and the OIF on the Organization of the 20th Summit of
Francophonie to be held in 2026, in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
